International Visitor Leadership Program

The International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is the U.S. Department of State’s premier professional exchange program. The goal of the IVLP is to provide firsthand knowledge about U.S. society, culture, and politics, while cultivating lasting relationships. By connecting current and emerging foreign leaders with their American counterparts, IVLP fosters lasting relationships and helps strengthen U.S. engagement with countries around the world.

Application and selection process: World Learning is no longer accepting applications for the summer 2017 IVLP internship. Applications for the fall 2017 internship will open in late-July.

Contact: For more information or questions on the IVLP internship only, please contact: intern@worldlearning.org

The Experiment in International Living

Application and selection process: World Learning will begin accepting applications for The Experiment’s spring 2018 internships in late 2017. Please check back in fall 2017 for more information.
